When I visit the news agent and look at all the magazines, it amazes me to discover that there are none on the subject of personal finance in the sense of how we live our lives with cash in our pocket. The money magazines are all about investment or buying houses.

For most people the strain is daily cash flow, dealing with credit cards and for a larger number worrying about personal liquidity now and in the future.

This site is about money in scotland in that sense. Not about second homes or buying shares, but how to make the best of your lot and knowing what is coming up soon in the way of financial decision making.
